Terms of Service

REEDA MCP is a remote MCP server run by RARE Analytics, Kingston, Jamaica ("REEDA", "we", "us"). It lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude search Jamaican property sale and rental listings and read their price and status history, from data collected since 2020. The website at reedajamaica.com explains the service, shows you how to connect and has your account dashboard.

By signing in or connecting an assistant, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You need a Google account to sign in. If you use REEDA for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for calls made through your account, including calls made by assistants you have connected. Use one account per person.

REEDA MCP is in early access and is free. Each account has an allowance of 100 successful calls to the search and listing tools. We may count calls without blocking them, enforce the limit, change it, or end early access at any time. Failed calls and signing in do not count. See what counts as a call.

We may add paid plans later. If we do, we will tell you on the site or on your dashboard before anything changes for you.

You agree not to:

• break the law or the terms of the assistant you use with REEDA
• work around the call limit, for example by creating several accounts
• copy the data in bulk, resell it, or use it to build a competing dataset or service
• overload, probe or attack the service, or try to get around its security
• access another person's account, or use the service to harass anyone
• reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it
• pass off the data as official records, valuations or appraisals

We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these rules.

REEDA gives you information, not advice. Nothing in the service or in an assistant's answer is financial, investment, legal, tax, valuation or real estate advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you buy, sell, rent or invest.

You reach REEDA through an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Those services are run by other companies and have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them. We do not control them or how they use, summarise or present our data, and we are not responsible for what they say. An assistant can misread or misstate results, so check important facts against the listing.

Links to listings and photos point to material that belongs to its owners. We do not control it and are not responsible for it.

We own the REEDA service, its software and its compiled price and status history. Listing text, photos and trademarks belong to their owners. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and its results for your own research while these terms apply. You may quote small parts of results with attribution to REEDA.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", as an early access product. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, complete or accurate, or that it will suit your purpose. We may change, limit or stop any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent the law allows, REEDA and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, savings, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its data. This includes any decision to buy, sell, rent or invest.

Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Early access is free, so that amount is currently zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under Jamaican law.

You can stop at any time: disconnect your apps or delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the service. We may also end the service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law, continue after your access ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. The courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the service.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on the site or on your dashboard before it applies. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
