Privacy Policy

REEDA MCP is run by RARE Analytics, Kingston, Jamaica ("REEDA", "we", "us"). It lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude search Jamaican property listings and read their price and status history. This policy covers the website at reedajamaica.com and the MCP endpoint at reedajamaica.com/mcp. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

We handle personal data in line with Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020. Questions and requests go to reeda@rareanalytics.co.

We collect only what is listed here.

Google profile

Your name, email address, Google account ID and profile picture. We ask Google only for basic profile and email access.

Why: To sign you in and identify your account.

Sign-in session

A sign-in cookie, the IP address and the browser type you signed in from.

Why: To keep you signed in and protect your account.

Connections

Which apps you have connected, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and when.

Why: To let those apps act for you, show them on your dashboard, and disconnect them when you ask.

Usage count

How many successful calls your account has made. We do not store what the calls asked for or returned.

Why: To apply the early access call limit and show you your usage.

Technical logs

Basic request data such as time, page requested, IP address and browser type. We do not log what you search for.

Why: To run the service, fix errors and keep it secure.

What we do not collect

• Payment details. Early access is free and we take no payments.
• Your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data beyond basic sign-in data.
• Your phone number, home address or precise location.
• Your conversations with ChatGPT or Claude. We only receive the tool calls the assistant sends us, such as search filters or a listing ID, and we do not store them.
• Advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or behavioural profiles. The only cookie we set is the sign-in session cookie.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. We may use your email address to answer a request you send us.

We sign you in with Google. From Google we receive basic sign-in data: your name, email address, email verification status, profile picture address and account ID. We use it only for authentication and to identify your REEDA account.

REEDA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• We do not use it to train AI models.
• We do not let people read it, except where needed for security, to follow the law, or with your consent.
• We do not transfer it to others except as described in this policy, which means our service providers and the apps you choose to connect.

You can remove REEDA's access to your Google account at any time in your Google account permissions. That does not delete your REEDA account; see Deleting your account.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run REEDA, with Google to sign you in, and with apps you choose to connect, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Connected apps follow their own privacy policies.

Providers may process data outside Jamaica. We disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

• Account data, connection records and your usage count: until you delete your account.
• Sign-in sessions expire after 7 days. Disconnecting an app removes its access at once.
• Request logs: kept by our service providers for a limited time.

Deleted data may remain in provider backups until they expire.

Disconnect an app. Sign in, open your dashboard, find the app under Connected apps and choose Disconnect, then confirm. It loses access right away.

Sign out. Use the Sign out button on your dashboard.

Deleting your account. Sign in, open your dashboard, choose Delete account, then confirm. Your account is removed at once, with your profile, sessions, connections and usage count, and connected apps lose access. If you cannot sign in, email reeda@rareanalytics.co from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

No system is perfectly secure. If you think your account is at risk, disconnect your apps, sign out, and contact us at reeda@rareanalytics.co.

Under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020 you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to get a copy, to have wrong data corrected, to ask us to stop or limit how we use it, and to ask us to delete it. Email reeda@rareanalytics.co and we will respond within the time the Act allows.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner of Jamaica.

REEDA MCP is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email reeda@rareanalytics.co and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use your personal data in a significant way, we will tell you on the site or on your dashboard before it applies. Your use of the service is also covered by our Terms of Service.
