Quickstart

Your REEDA account holds your connections and your call count. When Claude or ChatGPT connects, it asks you to sign in to REEDA; use the same Google account.

Works in Claude on the web and in Claude Desktop.

1. 1.Open Customize > Connectors (in some versions, Settings > Connectors).
2. 2.Choose Add, then add a custom connector.
3. 3.Name it REEDA, paste the endpoint URL and choose Continue.
4. 4.Keep the sign-in settings Claude detects and choose Add.
5. 5.Choose Connect and sign in to REEDA with Google.
6. 6.In a chat, turn REEDA on from the + menu under Connectors.

Free Claude plans allow one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds the connector first, then each member connects. Menus change; see Anthropic's guide.

Connect on ChatGPT web with a supported plan. Workspace permissions may require an admin to create or approve the connection. The current Plugins flow does not require developer mode.

1. 1.Open Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
2. 2.If you still use the legacy Apps flow, open Settings > Apps > Create instead.
3. 3.Name it REEDA and paste the endpoint URL as the server URL.
4. 4.Choose OAuth, acknowledge the risk warning, and select Create as a plugin (or Create in the legacy flow).
5. 5.Sign in to REEDA with Google when asked.
6. 6.Review the discovered tools, install the plugin, then start a new chat. Type @ and pick REEDA.

Name a parish, community, budget with its currency, or a listing ID. Your assistant turns it into filters.

search_listings

Finds listings that match your filters. Results come in pages of up to 25.

Each result has the price and currency, status, when REEDA first and last saw it, beds, baths, parish, community, a short description and a link to the source listing.

get_listing

Reads one listing by ID, for example MLS-40593: current details, the full description and listed features, every price REEDA recorded, its status periods, photos, and a link to its REEDA property page.

• Each successful search_listings or get_listing call counts as one.
• Failed or rejected calls do not count.
• Connecting and signing in do not count.
• Early access is free. Calls are counted, not limited.
